  硫化机隔热板FH-2    

 特    点： FH-2热压机隔热板专为工作温度低于200 ℃的平板硫化机、轮胎硫化机等热压机工作环境设计，比重轻热传导率低， 中间带有少量空腔能有效提高隔热效果的同时不降低隔热板的抗压强度，设备使用过程中明显缩短加温周期，节约能源并且提高生产效率，有效降低成本。 FH-2热压机隔热板不含对人体有害的石棉成分，完全满足出口要求。

导 热 率：  FH-2热压机隔热板导热率0.20W/m.k

抗压强度：低于39MPa

适用温度： FH-2热压机隔热板长期使用低于180℃，短期使用低于200℃

成    分： 耐热树脂、无碱玻璃纤维布（毡）及填充剂

应     用：此款模具隔热板适用于硫化机、热压机、人造板机等工业压机及模具行业需要隔热绝缘的各种设备。

Vulcanizing machine insulation plate FH-2

 The product is made of imported heat-resistant resin, fiberglass cloth and composite strengthening materials, conquering the difficulty of poorer thermal insulation in higher density and greater pressure. Regardless of compressive strength, thermal insulation performance or service life, it has a much better performance than tradition asbestos (first-level carcinogen) thermal insulation plate.
